Quality Inspection
Ensure the apparel is in its original condition, unwashed, and with all House of Masaba designer tags and packaging attached.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive within 48-72 hours to collect the package from your doorstep.
Refund Processing
After a successful quality check at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.
